A graduate of UNLV’s renowned film program, Itxel brings a decade of hands-on experience shooting narrative films, documentaries, commercials, and music videos across Nevada and California.
After finishing film school, she moved to Los Angeles, where she built her career working alongside award-winning directors, indie studios, and high-profile production teams. Known for her sharp eye, intuitive lighting style, and ability to blend grit with polish, Itxel quickly became a go-to cinematographer for projects that demand both artistry and attitude.
From run-and-gun sets to large-scale productions, Itxel’s work is driven by story, emotion, and craft. She thrives on turning raw ideas into cinematic moments—whether it’s shaping atmosphere through lighting, giving scenes their visual rhythm, or elevating a director’s vision with thoughtful, intentional camera work.
